Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at sales@darkcarder.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to return your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received an incorrect item, please notify us promptly. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items are ineligible for returns, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have queries or concerns regarding a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: To expedite the process of obtaining your desired item, we recommend returning the current item. Upon acceptance of the return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.
